Rightful confusion :- TINT -:
Upon a close examination, a human being has no rights. And with that postulate I will begin the series of counterpieces to what is known as "Human rights" series by another author. I specifically do not mention her name, as this text is not per say designed to counter specific arguments, but rather explore the flawed notion of how humanity perceives morality and impose those criterias upon what they believe is right and wrong.
Before delving much deeper into this, noteably, complex subject, let us look at the two different opinions which are most prevalent in the discussion.
Firstly, there are those that claim a human being has rights grounded in what they believe to be a code of humanity, morality, or otherwise a form of structural natural order. While I disagree with those claiming such notions, I admit the possibility of being wrong, so I shall do my best to try and present their points of view in an orderly and logical manner.
Secondly, there are those, myself included, who believe
Say hi to this one
This is Rosie
Isn't she slender?
See how the light
Plays up and down
across her body?
Do you feel her touch?
Does it make you shiver?
You never thought you could?
Your palms are damp
And you cannot take the eyes
She is your world right now
Your life and death.
She is everything.
You've seen many before her
Many others. Names, faces, bodies
And yet... this is different.
She will not forgive those looks
Or touches, hands against flesh.
she will never forgive
The times you were with them
Even when they were not with you.
The body twitches violently,
and I take a step away,
letting it fall to a pool of blood.
As I walk away, I wipe off my stiletto knife
And whisper gently to her
"Some men are better off dead Rosie
Some men are better off dead."
